We use fresh, local produce that is delivered to our doorstep by local providers.
All our meats and fish are fresh, ensuring the best of nutritional quality and value.
We have two dining rooms here at Deerpark House where people enjoy the best of home cooking.
Our residents dietary needs are always accommodated and a good varied choice is assured by rotating our menus over a 3 week period. Seasonal produce are always to the fore and personal choice is offered to all residents daily.
Fresh cakes, scones, local honey & home-made brown bread are available daily. Fish or Chicken option is available if the daily menu does not suit. All our products are produced in Ireland (locally where possible). All menu items come with allergen advice.
Our Kitchen team work well together in conjunction with the activities team and nursing staff ensuring that the personal likes/dislikes of our residents are well communicated resulting in their needs being met and enabling our residents to enjoy all mealtimes to the fullest.
